About Us

ResearchLift is a subsidiary of the Institute for Hands-on Science, Engineering and Technology, Inc. (IFHOSET), which was established in 2012 by Drs. Green, Myers, and Scott.Dr. Green brings over 20 years of experience in career and technical education, with a specialization in electronic engineering. He has a strong understanding of the academic standards and presentation required for successful manuscript publication. He has authored numerous scholarly articles and is well-versed in mixed methods research. In addition, he is frequently invited to serve as a reviewer and editor for major academic publishing houses.Dr. Scott brings considerable experience in the field of public health administration, contributing to interdisciplinary research and applied practice.Dr. Myers has over 20 years of experience in education and has served as a dissertation chair across multiple universities. She specializes in qualitative research design, with expertise in business administration and academic leadership.

Dr. Rupert Green

Dr. Rupert Green is a recipient of the New York State Challenger Scholarship. He holds a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Northcentral University, a Master of Science in School Leadership from St. John’s University, and a Master of Science in Learning Technology from Mercy College. He earned his Bachelor of Occupational Education from New York City Technical College.
Dr. Green has taught at Mount Vernon High School, the School of Career and Technical Education, New York City Technical College, and Monroe College. His doctoral research focused on the value of vocational education, demonstrating how hands-on and technical learning environments can reveal student abilities often overlooked in traditional academic settings.
A published scholar, Dr. Green has authored research papers and books in the areas of education reform and men’s health. His work addresses school improvement, educational equity, and the development of future scientists and engineers.
